can someone tell me how to upload more than 15 secondes clips

You go to the time where it says 15 seconds then you put in the time you want (00:15) - (30:00). But it can't be ,like, 5 hours. it can go up to about..30 minutes
Maybe it can go higher than 30 minutes, but I never actually experimented it
